Driver Obligations

• Drivers agree to be professional, courteous, and respectful.

Passenger Obligations

• Passengers must provide accurate pick-up and drop-off details.
• Passengers are responsible for timely payments for services rendered.
• Passengers must behave respectfully and avoid causing damage to the driver’s vehicle.

Payments and Fees

• Payments for services must be made through the app’s payment gateway.
• EasyRide may charge a service fee, which will be disclosed upfront.

Cancellation Policy

• Passengers and drivers may cancel bookings as per the app’s cancellation guidelines.
